Brand new facilities, very clean, very fresh, very modern... The general pool is amazing, but if you have one of the rooms with the private pools, then it gets even more amazing!... Not for families, but for romantic couples...
They couldnt find our reservation so it was a bit of a hustle to check in to the hotel... Finally they gave us an upgrade to a room with a private pool to make up for it which made the whole experience truly amazing! The reception staff is a bit amateur but the Manager is very kind and he makes up for the others' inexperience. He is very polite and helpful indeed. Also, the original name of the hotel is So Nice, not So White... So White is the new 5star addition that they made to So Nice... The sign outside of the hotel reads So Nice, and there were no signs for So White, so we spent a long time just looking for the right hotel... Their room service closes after midnight but they were still very kind to accommodate our needs...

No tv, no refrigerator, no excursions, lack of variety in food, loud music late at night, chemical smell in the room, lack of indication that So White and So Nice have the same reception, So White is unknown to people (taxi drivers, other hotels personnel)

Free parking on-site provided. New-fashioned room, spacious, with exceptionally comfortable beds. Outstanding food options. Very good service from the best, top-class staff members. Location close to a supermarket, golden beach and Ayia Napa center & WaterWorld park.

I recently stayed at So White Club Resort for a short trip. The nature around the location is stunning, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The pool at So Nice apartments is great, with comfy sun beds adding to the relaxation. The hotel itself is stylish and clean, and I particularly loved the changing lights in the room. The private entrances were a unique touch that added to the overall experience.
Despite some minor inconveniences, I can confidently recommend this hotel.
